About KyroTask

KyroTask is a single workspace where agencies and product teams take client requests, plan sprints, get deliverable approvals, track billable time, and issue invoices — without stitching four tools together.

Why we built it

Most agencies collect client requests in email, run boards in one tool, track hours in another, and build invoices in spreadsheets. Every handoff between them loses context — and billable hours quietly slip through the cracks.

We built KyroTask to close that loop: the client portal, the sprint board, the timer, the rate card, and the invoice all read from the same data. When a client approves a deliverable or a timer stops, everything downstream is already up to date.
