Which plan is this on?
Every plan. Version history and pinned annotations work on the free tier too. The only ceiling is storage (50 MB in total on Free; 1 GB per seat on Pro, 3 GB per seat on Business) and per-file size (5 MB / 25 MB / 100 MB).
Frequently asked questions
Which file types can I drop pins on?
Pinned comments work on images a browser can display (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WebP). Other file types (PDF, ZIP) use the same version chain and approval flow — you just cannot drop visual pins on them.
Where do clients view feedback and submit approvals?
Clients open the task in their branded portal to inspect the artwork full-screen, leave pinned notes, and click "Approve" or "Request Changes". Your team’s internal chatter remains completely hidden.
Can I go back to an earlier version?
Yes. No version is ever deleted — the complete chain stays on the task, and you can open, compare, and download any version in the history.
