Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KyroTask. You accept these terms and our Privacy Policy when you create an account, and you remain bound by them while you keep using the service.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account; two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
Plans & billing
The Free plan is free for as long as you use it. Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or annually. Upgrades take effect immediately; you can downgrade or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
Your content
Everything your team creates in KyroTask belongs to you. You grant us only the license needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use KyroTask for unlawful content or activity. QR codes must not redirect to phishing, malware, or deceptive destinations — we may disable abusive codes and the accounts behind them. Anyone can report harmful content at /report, whether it is a short link, a file shared through a client portal, or anything else we host.
Availability
We work to keep KyroTask fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify account owners in advance. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles, and disputes arising from them are heard by the courts of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use KyroTask as a consumer rather than for your business, this does not take away the protections that the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in gives you, or your right to bring a claim before the courts there.
