How it works
Bidirectional sync over WebSockets (SignalR)
Browsers never poll the server. Every card transition or update is pushed over a persistent SignalR connection directly to everyone currently viewing that board.
Directed graph cycle validation
When linking dependent tasks, the relation graph is evaluated. If a proposed link introduces a directed cycle, the operation is blocked before hitting the database.
Done column timestamps completion
Moving a card to the final column applies a completed timestamp. Dragging it out clears the stamp, ensuring historical cycle time and velocity metrics remain accurate.
Multi-attribute instant filtering
Every card carries colored labels, priorities, and assignees. Filter by multiple dimensions simultaneously to surface bottlenecks or isolate individual workloads.

Do card moves really show up without reloading?
Yes. Open the same project in two browser tabs or on two teammates’ laptops; any card dragged or updated in one window reflects instantaneously in the other.
How do task dependencies prevent deadlocks?
You can specify that Task B blocks Task A. The system visually flags blocked items, preventing teams from starting downstream work prematurely and blocking invalid circular links.
Is there a limit on boards or cards?
No. KyroTask enforces no artificial limits on task or project count. You can create as many boards and tasks as needed on all plans.
