Your trial, your plan, and what happens when the trial ends
Every new workspace opens on 14 days of full Pro with no card. Here is what changes afterwards.
A new organization starts on 14 days of full Pro, with no credit card and nothing to activate. When the trial ends the workspace drops to the free plan on its own — there is no charge and no interruption to your data.
During the trial the workspace can store 50 MB in total — the free plan’s storage, so a card-less trial cannot fill a disk. Every other Pro feature is open.
What ends with the trial
- The client portal, intake forms and scheduled client reports.
- Time tracking and invoicing — you keep every invoice you already issued, and so does your client. Reading an invoice is never gated, and rate cards and budgets stay where you set them.
- Trend and flow analytics, the capacity heatmap, and the higher automation, API key, webhook, dashboard and storage allowances.
What never ends
- Your projects, boards, tasks, sprints, story points and dependencies.
- Creative proofing — file versions and pinned comments work on every plan.
- Up to 5 team members, 3 automation rules, 1 dashboard, 1 API key and 3 dynamic QR codes.
You are told before the trial ends, and the last three days show a card on your dashboard. The upgrade button stays visible throughout the trial — it does not disappear just because the workspace currently reads as Pro.
